Follow these instructions to apply for insurance reimbursement:
- Go to "Order History" in your account and save the invoice for your purchase.
- Find your insurance provider below and download the reimbursement form.
- Send both the reimbursement form and invoice to your vision insurance company.

How to Use FSA and HSA Dollars
- Did you know you can use your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to purchase prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses? The funds can be used even if you don't have vision insurance.
- To pay directly with your FSA or HSA account, simply add your HSA or FSA number to your PayPal account, enable this specific card as the default payment method. After that, proceed to the checkout and select "PayPal as the payment option.
